The specially designed 2 3/8" long shackle padlock fits through two holes at the back of the reel and behind the bottom pin of the wall bracket. Thereby securing the hose reel to the bracket.

The specially designed brass padlock comes with 2 keys. Given its use outside, spraying occasionally with a lubricant may be of use to keep the key working smoothly.

Due to the re-design of the Evolve Series Mounting Post, the padlock can also be used to secure your reel to the post!
